A Waste of Rations is a unique jazz experience, portraying the misadventures of a bumbling soldier (hence, the title!). Although fundamentally a 12-bar blues chart, all the twists and turns make for a performance that will leave musicians and audience grinning from ear to ear! The march-like introduction sets the perfect mood for the chart. Solo chords are provided for all instruments – important, because all your students will want to solo on this one!
